Yes. We exclusively use publicly available business data, aggregated from several third-party sources and updated regularly. The legal basis is legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR), recognized by the CNIL for B2B prospecting. Any company can request the deletion of its data via our Privacy page.
A token is a unit of consumption: 1 token = 1 company scanned and 1 token = 1 AI email generated. For AI qualification (search by criteria), each company analyzed costs from 1 token — in-depth checks with web search use more, and a maximum budget is always enforced: the search pauses and asks for your confirmation before exceeding it. The Starter plan includes 250 tokens per month. Unused tokens are kept for 1 year before expiring.
Yes: each email is written specifically for the company you contact, with precise references (industry, city, distinctive traits). You approve every draft before it goes out, or enable automatic sending within a time window you define.
No commitment: you can cancel at any time from your account area. Your access stays active until the end of the paid period, and your remaining tokens can be used until that date.
No, nothing to install. Prospector AI is 100% web-based: run your scans, manage your AI email workflows and download your Excel files straight from your browser.
Our reply-checker automatically detects replies, bounces and unsubscribes on your connected mailbox. Workflows never follow up with a prospect who has already replied.
European hosting, HTTPS/TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, PostgreSQL encryption at rest. Gmail/Outlook OAuth tokens are encrypted in the database. More details in our privacy policy.
Prospector AI gives you access to companies all over the world, in almost every country and city. You can target a European metropolis just as easily as a city in America, Africa or Asia. Coverage varies by region and industry (density of public sources) but remains broad internationally. You remain responsible for complying with local regulations (GDPR in the EU, CAN-SPAM in the United States, etc.).
