Yes. Upgrading to a higher plan takes effect immediately with Stripe proration — you are only billed for the remaining days at the new rate. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal; your existing token balance is kept.

Possible at any time from your client area. The remaining monthly period is credited pro rata against the annual price, and you immediately get the 2 months free.

Subscriptions are not refunded pro rata (you keep access until the end of the paid period). One-shot packs are non-refundable once the tokens have been credited. In case of accidental double billing, the refund is immediate and automatic.

At launch, Prospector AI benefits from the French VAT exemption scheme (art. 293 B of the French Tax Code), so displayed prices are net of VAT. Once the legal threshold is exceeded, Stripe Tax will automatically apply VAT to new transactions and the reverse-charge mechanism for intra-EU B2B customers.

Only one code can be applied per signup. Referral codes (/ref/CODE links) trigger a 10% discount on the first month, automatically detected via a 30-day cookie. Admin promo codes offer custom benefits depending on ongoing campaigns.
